Love my apartment and everyone is extremely pleasant and helpful.
This place is not maintained properly and when asked doesn't seem to care,if you want my money least earn it, there are insects that the staff doesn't take care of, and none of the things that does not get done is the community fee paid at move in is supposed to be paid back at move out,2 months have gone by and nada.Time to grow up, stand up and take care of business in a proper manner.I don't care if they have an emergency what if I do.They sure as hell didn't pay me back, but they had no problem taking my money.No more BS... read more
I commend our managers, Mark/Mindy Simms and Seann/Amber Stewart on their loving, caring ways with all the residents. Dejane Hill keeps us busy with all of the planned activities and her decorating is an eye catcher. Cindy Kaminsky, in the community sales position always has our community at the top of occupancy. Her friendly, outgoing ways is certainly a draw to this outstanding community. To me this is gracious living.
