These folks have gone above and beyond for us and we can’t thank them enough. Dr. Alese, Elizabeth, and Shay and done more than you could ask for. We won’t go anywhere else and we have to drive an hour to get there. It’s. It easy to find people that are that comfortable with a hybrid and they were great. Thanks, Jim and Geli
They would not stick my cat on a IV when she was clearly dehydrated. The vet left the clinic because I could not make a choice fast enough. They did not service my cat
With each vet apt. this amazing staff and doctors served our pet needs with grace, patience and such care. Our dog could get pretty anxious and fearful, and they approached him and our apt. so well each time. When it was time to have to put our big guy down, Dr. Andrew's compassion, care and time with us was so gentle and grace-filled. We are so thankful for this team, and wouldn't go anywhere else.
My fiancé took our baby girl in today while I was at work. She kindly explained to me what was going on over the phone. I asked her to please give me detailed information and have it sent home since I was at work and most Likely wouldn’t remember what she said.!i got home and no paperwork was sent home but the receipt of what we paid for.
Wonderful people and service here . They love the animals and it shows
Very polite and professional staff. They were able to get me in quickly. Facility was open and clean and believe it or not, relaxing. Though I had to return the next day due to more symptoms popping up with my dog, they greeted me with a smile and helped me feel better about my dogs health. I would recommend them to anyone.
Sadly our rabbit passed within a few seconds of arriving at the vet, but they were awesome at getting us in on a super short notice, and very compassionate about it all.
I took my ferret here and she received great care.
I absolutely LOVED the Cottonwood Creek Vet Clinic. The staff was very Attentive and Caring and the Doc was Awesome. My Moses felt VERY comfortable and so did we.
