I visited Cottonwood Creek this weekend, even though I don’t plan on buying a house until this summer. The sales agent, Jerry, took the time to talk to me about the home buying process, even though I’m not yet in market. I appreciate Jerry’s help and will definitely be staying in touch as I prepare to move to the area.
Jerry and his team are the absolute BEST at what they do!! We went over to spread some holiday cheer and he let us know that their promotion right now, Season of Surprises is going on! We're always happy to see Jerry and we're so glad he keeps us up to date on the latest promotions and incentives for our clients! First time home buyer never thought I’d have so much stress with builder Trey Huber very inexperienced guy all he knows how to do is explain how appliances work inside home. He was doing everything last minute 1 hour before closing my house was dirty all blue tape had been taken off nothing completed, texture was sloppy and not repainted .
