We rented a pontoon and the metal panel on the front gate popped out when a wave hit the boat. When we returned to the dock, the boat beside us was handing them the same kind of panel from the boat they rented because it popped out too. We were charged $200 even though they admitted it was a design flaw of the boat. I’m sure they popped it back in and will charge the next customer the same fee instead of fixing the problem. Won’t rent there again!
