This apartment complex is the worst that I have ever had the misfortune of staying in, and I've lived in both a dormitories and a barracks before. Both were far superior, and I didn't think I'd ever live in a place worse than either. This complex is clearly taking advantage of people who want to live near the university, because if they did not have that going for them they could never get away with being as terrible as they are and costing as much as they do.
