I'm in my 4th year of living at Cottonwood Court apartments. Being from out of state I was a little nervous of living anywhere that wasn't like home. However I found the perfect home at CC apts. Chris and Jackie (owners) are great to work with. The apts are clean, quiet, and safe. I would give them a 5 out 5 rating. I would highly recommend the live here if in need of a place. Sincerely, R. I stayed here for three months in the summer and had a great experience. Nice and quiet place to stay. The furnished option felt like home. The landlords were very nice people and I had no issues during my stay.
I highly recommend renting at the Cottonwood Court Apartments. The landlords, Jackie and Chris Dezort, are both so kind and make the place very welcoming. The one bedroom apartments are spacious with tons of storage and have a hookup for a washer and dryer in apartment. If you don’t have your own machines, there are also communal washers and dryers on site that take quarters.
