My mother in law has been living there for the past 6 months and she loves it. The staff is friendly, the place is always clean. The food is delicious. They have a lot of activities for them to participate in.
I've been in the elder care business, and so have experienced both good and poor services. Westmont by far exceeds my expectations! We had only a weekend to find a place for memory care for a dear friend, and they helped us tremendously very step of the way. Their expertise, professionalism, and facility is surpassed only by thir compassion and kindness. I can not reccomend this facility highly enough. I wish I could give them 50 stars!
Moved my mother here recently from another facility that was really going down hill. The move in was a breeze. The staff is so attentive. I see staff everywhere. I have not gone there and not seen caring and attentive staff. 100% different from other Facility where no one cared and there was always a staff shortage. Westmont staff check on her daily. Staff will not notify nor keep you updated on the condition of your loved one (even if they practically turn blue). Had a relative over here that almost died during the pandemic. Not much has changed from what I've heard.
Recommend Westmont Senior Living We moved our mother into Westmont Senior Living in Fresno, in late February, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. She absolutely loves it there. From the beginning, the other residents were incredibly welcoming—many of them have become good friends, which has made her transition so much smoother and more joyful.
