Cottonwood is the real deal with people that care about the finished product and their reputation. They did an incredible job with our renovation and communicating with us along the way. Josh was our Project Manager and was very easy to work with. When we had trouble in the design process, they were there to help steer us in the right direction. Renovations can be incredibly stressful, I felt they made the process as easy as possible and the work is very high quality .I highly recommend them!

Cottonwood rebuilt our roof and our son’s bedroom after Hurricane Helene blew a tree into our house. Taylor and Josh took an overwhelming job and brought it together with quality, honesty, and responsiveness.
