I toured an apartment up for rent here, and it was decently clean. It seems a nice building, though I did see an exterminators truck when I pulled up - not a good sign. I like smaller apt bldgs, and this was nice, but it just couldn't accommodate my needs.
These apartments aren’t in the best part of town, but let’s be honest what town has the best part of it anyways the property management team is professional and they work with young families and single people trying to get into a home!
New property management came on a few months ago, and the one bad neighbor was removed has been resolved, better security and cameras were installed. Management was proactive to get rid of our concerns, I love what they have done to make it safer! The location is really great, so convenient, and a very peaceful neighborhood.
Management refuses to do anything about unhoused drug addicts coming in and out of apartment building. DO NOT MOVE HERE. It has been a nightmare, absolutely terrifying.
