New property management came on a few months ago, and the one bad neighbor was removed has been resolved, better security and cameras were installed. Management was proactive to get rid of our concerns, I love what they have done to make it safer! The location is really great, so convenient, and a very peaceful neighborhood.
Management refuses to do anything about unhoused drug addicts coming in and out of apartment building. DO NOT MOVE HERE. It has been a nightmare, absolutely terrifying.
Maintenance has been extremely minimized since last sale. Leaves and needles never picked up, vandalized fence, broken window never fixed on property, dog waste stations not service in months, no lighting in parking lot, locks to entry doors broken, does not have air condition gas advertised, given up on maintenance requests with no response. Have had no success in trying to speak with a live human at management company. Been here several years never seen building and yards in Duce poor confition.
