Beautiful park area.
You will not get your deposit back. The owner is condescending and will charge you an extra month's rent for things that might seemingly be damaged in the apt. We were charged to fix a leak in the pipe under the bath because of root growth from the outside. Also threatened by the management with a lawyer. We were only college kids and agreed. Please avoid at all costs. You'll find better places.
I live here and have had carpet beetles and some tye of carpet mite which have bitten me up prettybad.
I am not a Tennant but just a guest and I was decently impressed. I was visiting a friend in a ground unit and was impressed how clean the place was even though it was halfway in the ground. It seems that all of the appliances are super old and they run off of the "if it ain't broke, don't fix" mindset. The dryer doesn't auto stop so it's sort of a safety issue also.
