Good people! Dependable work!
I needed a transmission control module and this shop saw I was from New York and tried to charge me $6,000 to fix my transmission don't trust these people..
Excellent transmission shop. They got me back going in a fairly quick amount of time, for a reasonable price. My transmission went out and was unresponsive. Now it shifts so smooth u can’t even feel or count the 8 gears as it shifts. Highly recommend. Great service. Good people. Thank you very much. I’ll be a return customer, should I ever need any more transmission work done on another vehicle. .
My transmission went out on my 2017 Chevy Tahoe. I attempted to get GM to replace the transmission based on vehicle history and usage, they offered to put the same transmission in the vehicle at a cost which was higher than if I had just taken the car to GM and asked them to replace. Dealing with GM was laughable matter. During this time I was introduced to Jeff at Cotton’s Transmission. Christmas Miracle! What amazing people. They went above and beyond to save my family’s Christmas vacation. My family and I were on the way to Gulf Shores Alabama while pulling my camper with my Suburban. We made it to Auburn when my transmission failed. Jeff was able to rebuild my transmission, and at a very reasonable cost. It was because of him, and this wonderful shop, that my family was able to continue on with our trip.
