If you want the best service in town, this is definitely the place to go! The entire staff exceeds in customer satisfaction. But I want to give an extra THANKS to Brian at the counter. I always have peculiar tire needs and he has gone above and beyond each and every time! He's more than willing to do what it takes to take care of you and ensure you walk away a happy customer! Quick service and great prices. The shop is clean and well maintained. Mostly, I appreciate that I never feel like they’re trying to sell me something I don’t need or pull one over on me.
It was a really good experience over all, Mr. Price help me in everything he could, the people there were really nice trying to find me a rental vehicle to return to Savannah to pick up my kids, they went far in beyond, I really recommend this shop, made a bad day to turn into a good one.
Everyone at Cottons is as nice as can be and always so eager to help. I don’t feel taken advantage off at all when I take my car there 😀

Went to get a tire fixed, months ago,after two customers were taken in front of me I left. went back a second time to get a price on a new set of tires on Monday of this week it's Wednesday still no call! Not customer service ya want.
