Very nice and professional love there mobile app
They are the bank I use and trust.
Submitted an application two weeks ago, called several times, left messages and only due to my persistance, finally reached Spencer who seems to be both manager and loan officer. He said my "application got lost on his desk" and time has run out for both the application and their acceptance of that type. There was no other management to speak with to discuss how/where Spencer could improve on his lack of general upkeep. This has rippled in cost for me more than he has shown concern or empathy for.
Awesome... Me and my family bank there. I love that they know the face with the name... I'm glad we been banking with them for a few years now.
