Appreciate the work done and the owner taking me in short notice. Work isn’t the issue it’s the fact of things missing in my side bag that I placed in the bag before it was worked on. Was wearing a pair of label brand prescription sunglasses and I placed them in my bag every time I stop . Owner was very nice but the general manager basically fluffed off what was going on and instead of looking into it further I was just told my guys won’t do anything. I love this place! The staff is very professional and extremely friendly. I owned a 2008 Harley Road King and I couldn't get it to start. After several motorcycle repair places tried to figure out why it wouldn't start and failed to come up with a solution, a friend of mine recommended Cottonmouth's. Not only did they figure out the problem, they fixed it and had it running again in no time! I ended up selling the bike due to knee surgery and Cottonmouth's even let me keep my bike there out of the weather until my bike sold!... read more
I found Cottonmouth Custom on a poker run a few weeks back, my headlight went out and they were super kind! I was able to leave my bike there while the part was ordered and shipped. I went ahead and had them take care of an oil change. they had to order the air filter which I just went to pick up and ended up going ahead and getting new tires put on same day! Bike wouldn’t start in the Walmart parking lot. Gave them a call and they were there within 10 minutes and had my bike fixed the same day. Best shop in Pensacola hands-down worth the money.
