Lady n the phone is nice also this guys are hard working people what's up with the photos in reviews? Don't u hold ur phone while driving? If no, u r a straight liar, I don't believe in reviews sometimes I want to see it for my self, like I said this place is awesome, in and out 20 mins, thank you for your hard work
Truck drivers beware. I checked in at 1:15 PM. It is now 5:00 PM and I am still waiting. This place is completely disorganized. Nobody seems to know what is going on, everything takes forever, and drivers' time means absolutely nothing here. Four hours of waiting and counting for work that should have been handled much more efficiently. Unless this load is paying top dollar, save yourself the headache and cancel it. There are plenty of better customers to work with than this place. Total waste of time.
Dry van pick up. Call the # to check in. Assigned a door, loaded and within 45 mins.
Showed up to pick up a full truck load of pallets about 10:30 am. Called the number on sign, got dock 1 right away. No other trucks were there. The lady on phone was real nice. Waited about 30 min, nothing happened, decided to read reviews got real worried after reading some of them since this was Friday and I wanted to get home for the weekend faster which is about halfway to Norfolk Va where the load was going.
