Vastly over priced like everything in the Bay area. Getting something repaired sucked as the office staff was both unresponsive and condescending when you request they actually fix something. Repairs when finally conducted were done poorly. In the year I lived there, the dishwasher had issues as did the Air conditioning unit. Both units flooded. Dishwasher was Jimmy rigged by their tech so I ended up replacing the part and hose that needed repairs myself. The AC unit was serviced by their tech while I was at work and he seem... read more
