Would not recommend nor will I be taking my daughter there anymore when needing to go to an urgent care. Last visit I explained to them very detailed information and symptoms, didn’t even check her out besides her temp and heart rate, came back in the room and said it’s her “allergies” so all they did was prescribed her a new one, did it work? I come here every time I have a problem, the flu, salmonella, dislocated ankle, broken hand, they've helped me with it all. Truly the only place in Topeka I can confidently say I trust with my life! They are always quick and kind to me. The front desk is always patient and informative. They go above and beyond to help me however possible, even allowing me to keep my car in the parking lot when I was sent to the hospital overnight. 100% recommend as the place to go.
Very poor care . I was there with a friend you were not busy.This girl is sick.You kept her in the exam room over an hour and did absolutely nothing for her You gave her nothing to help her feel better. You all are pathetic and should not be in health care
