Timing and communication between front desk and nurses are nonexistent. Waited over 3 1/2 hours just to get told something I could’ve over the phone. Appointment was at 10:30 am but wasn’t seen until 12:45 pm. After getting told multiple times my name was next i continued to see other people arrive and get called ahead of me. I don’t what I did to receive this level of care but I hope no one else has to deal with the same.
