I went in for what i assumed to be a uti. I gave a sample and because I had taken azo was told it would be 3 days to know for sure, but I was prescribed an antibiotic as my symptoms were in line for it. 2 days later I got a call that it had came back negative and to stop taking the antibiotic asap, even tho it was helping. The next day I called my primary dr. And she said since it appeared to be helping to continue it and if I had problems then to come to her office at that point. This place is an amazing resource for the northern community. I needed some stitches and they got me right in and fixed right up. Didn't have to spend 8 hours in the ER just for stitches. Thank you staff at Cotton O'Neil Primary Care North!
I will be completely honest after what Stormont vail did a few years ago to my daughter I have refused to to go to there. Today I found myself needing to go to this clinic for my daughter. I was hesitant but was pleasantly surprised everyone was so nice from the front desk to the doctor. They were great and actually cared I will definitely visit this urgent care again.
