We've been scheduling are twin daughters appts 1 after the other with the Dr's office for all appts because they wanted to do both visits at the same time. So our experience has been show up for the 1st visit then wait 15mins to get called back to wait another 10mins before seeing the dr. So by the time we are being seen it is the other twins appt by 5mins but we get out in 15 mins max after the dr comes in. Took my kid to Cotton O'Neal pediatrics at this location for a sick visit and they did not disappoint. Our pediatrician is Dr. Noruzian at Gage but he was busy and couldn't see us that day. Everything went smoothly and we saw Ann Baird, PA. She was knowledgeable and sweet, and gave us a good diagnosis quickly. The location is clean and bright, lots of colors and stickers in the rooms, I liked everything about the visit.
We see Dr. Macintosh and Angela Baird. They're both great and very kind without judgement. They always have helpful suggestions for when I need advice and we appreciate the extra educational materials they've provided us during well visits. The whole staff is patient and sweet with my son. I think he feels very comfortable going here. We also love that they've been great with covid-19 protocols throughout this whole pandemic.
Dr. McIntosh and the nurses are all so kind and wonderful. They're responsive and handle all issues efficiently. I'll never take my kids anywhere else.
