The nurses and staff here are great, and I want to make that clear because my frustration isn't with the people taking care of me. The problem is the pharmacy staffing and the ridiculous wait for medication. I come here once a month for an infusion, and somehow I routinely spend more time sitting around waiting for the pharmacy to prepare the medication than I spend actually receiving the infusion. Did Labs and got my treatment quickly. Everyone was very nice and even the nurse who drew my labs got me with the first poke and usually it takes experience people to be abke to draw my blood ans she was young
