Went in to get an xray on my hand after a fall, fearing that I may have fractured something due to the pain. No fracture seen on xray. I then asked the doctor for a splint or brace to at least stabilize my pinky/hand to alleviate the pain. Doctor refused to provide one but said her nurse would be in to put an ace wrap on it. She ace wrapped my hand (which was secured with one tiny piece of tape and started to fall off before I even left the parking lot) and it did absolutely nothing to stabilize my hand nor alleviate the pai... read more
Went in for complications of my asthma, at the recommendation of my regular doctor, and was told it was anxiety. My husband went in after being sick for 9 days and was told he hasn't been sick long enough to treat and they won't give him anything, even though he has all the signs of a bacterial infection. Absolutely awful facility.
I had a fine experience with this clinic. I got right in and was seen quickly for everything they did. My medical issues was thoroughly checked including an x-ray to make sure i didnt have pneumonia. I was given the right medications. The doctor and staff was very friendly. I had no issues.
The NP with the initials of N.T was not just blatantly, rude and condescending. She did not follow, establish guidelines and algorithms for treatment of chief complaint. She makes value judgments about others. Told a family & patient blood clot/DVT OR compromised artery or vein would not be painful. During the same visit continued to pronounced the condition incorrectly, stated she is worked in that field as a specialist prior. Went today for infection for a cat bite. Was in and out in less than a hour. Very nice and professional. Highly recommend.
