Colby is the epitome of phlebotomy.
I went to the Mulvane location & it was very busy even though I was there at opening time. I have been diagnosed by a St Francis DR for shingles & wanted to be seen again because rash was so painful & aggressive. I was told the DRs were all busy would I consent to a RN. The woman who saw me doubted I had herpes zoster she remarked.I told her yes they had done a culture before getting a script. She said she would call in a few more of pain medicine I was prescribed.She did not do this & I found out she was not a RN at all. he... read more
Sent me wrong lab paperwork as I sit and wait at Quest!! Someone needs to do their job!! Doctors are great but whoever shuffles the paperwork needs to start doing their job better!!!
