I have now called several times and left multiple voicemails, each time I talk to a nice lady who sends me to somebody else to help with some lab orders I need sent somewhere to get bloodwork done, so I can go to my appointment next month. Yet, nobody answers because "they're assisting on other calls" so I wait and listen to that same phrase a couple more times and hang up. I will be taking my business elsewhere if my most recent voicemail is not answered by the end of this week.
Just wanted to thank Dr. Awad and let anyone know who's considering going here that she is an awesome Doctor, and lovely human. If you've ever had trouble with Doctors not really listening to you or working with you, she is NOT like that. She listens very intently and works with you to find a plan that is best, but also, agreeable and gradiented as opposed to just changing your whole life at once Also, all the rest of th staff are very friendly and welcoming.
