Everyone working there are great. Took my daughter in for what i thought was a broken arm. They helped me fill out paperwork and got us in real quick. Great place.
Very knowledgable and caring staff this is my first choice for immediate care. Of course if 20 people are ahead of you then there will be an increased wait time after all more doctors don't magically appear just bc its a busy day

I was with Tallgrass for about a year before I switched. In that time, both of my PACs left. My new doctor then had me come back in on the chronic issue we were working on because she couldn't read their (computerized) notes. Referrals can take weeks, and though I started working on my disabled placard two weeks before it expired, it took about six weeks, an extra trip, and a lot of phone calls to make it happen. They actually open at 8 mon-fri. Not 9! Got there and had 20 people infront of me.waited for hrs to get called.
