The apartment is pretty nice, just make sure you keep your place clean. The hallways have smoke scents and I don't smoke or drink so if you're not used to smelling smoke then it's not for you. It's affordable though. And I dislike that parking is right outside your window so you can hear everyone going to there cars in the morning and coming home. I really wish it was gated in but you do have plenty of parking space. Overall the place isn't bad. It's what you make it out to be.
