First time facial and it was great. Definitely going back!!
I want to start out by saying I am a plus sized woman with social anxiety. I showed up for my appointment early. It was cozy and they had a comfortable couch to wait on. I watched videos to prepare for my appointment. I've never had a wax nor do I know anyone who has. I felt ashamed for even going because I'm big but she was very nice and talked to me through the whole thing. Got my eyebrows waxed and was not impressed. Most will hand you a mirror and let you look before you leave but I was not offered a mirror and my eyebrows looked no different when I left. I’ve had my brows waxed many times so this wasn’t a new experience for me and I was disappointed that they looked no different when I left so those $20 were a waste:(
The amount of time I’ve wasted NOT WAXING only to be annoyed by the “shadow” of dark hair annoys me. Hollie and Haleigh are so wonderful and patient with this first-timer and I am so thankful for them!
Hollie and Haleigh are amazing. So friendly and they make you feel very comfortable from start to finish. From foot detoxing, facials, waxing, etc I have never had a bad experience and always walk out feeling great! Highly recommended!!!
