Was disappointed with this Company.Made an appt for a before 2 PM tech visit. They did not show or call. I called at 430 PM and they said it would be first thing the next morning. No apology for not honoring the first appt.I solved most of my problem during the night, so the visit was almost not needed, but too early to now cancel. Tech spent 20 minutes replacing one electrical outlet that I led him too. No troubleshooting was required on his part.
