I had a wonderful experience today at Cotton Dentistry with my daughter. From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, welcoming, and incredibly patient. Doctor Haddad took the time to explain everything in a calm and friendly manner, which helped my daughter feel relaxed and comfortable. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and very child-friendly. I switched from a highly regarded Dentist in the area since they stopped taking our insurance. I have sensitive teeth and have some dental anxiety because of it. Everyone here was so nice and thoughtful. The dentist even did some of my cleaning today while talking to me the whole time, which I’ve never had happen. The dental hygienist was so sweet and great as well! Really happy with my appointment. Oh and what a treat to get some earth friendly products at the end of my visit vs. the standard plastic and colgate.
Dr Haddad and her team are the best. Always friendly and care that is thoughtful and thorough. In an era of assistants doing much of the work Dr Haddad still does cleanings herself and is very gentle at all times. I love Cotton Dentistry.
