We recently bought a futon from Cotton Cloud, and could not be more pleased with the purchase. The process was seamless from start to finish - very helpful and friendly staff who helped us navigate the many options available and easy delivery and setup. We absolutely recommend Cotton Cloud!

Fantastic store with fantastic items! De Ana was a great sales lady and the outgoing and thorough customer service from her was outstanding. I recommend this store to all my friends and family. I certainly will be returning.

We recently bought a Boca click-clack couch/bed from Cotton Cloud on NE Broadway in Portland, Oregon. It was exactly what we needed and the price was very reasonable. The sales people were really helpful and informed about the furniture they showed us, helping us to narrow down our choice to exactly what we needed. We like the click-clack couches because they unfold easily and do not take up as much space when used as a bed as a traditional fold out couch/bed. I just got my latest cotton cloud mattress – First of all this was the first store that I felt comfortable trying the beds out in. The staff was there to help me but no one gave me the hard sell or rushed me. So uncommon. It's kind of like new seasons over there - all the workers seem really happy and like they enjoy their work. It's a rare kind of place. My bed, by the way, is so comfortable.

Great customer service – Everyone at Cotton Cloud was very helpful, both in helping me select the futon and the frame I wanted and in getting my order delivered and set up. There was a slight snafu when I went to pick up the futon (it wasn't ready, my futon had been given to another customer), but they were very apologetic and offered to deliver it to me.
