I have two of their boards. And I'll be buying one for each of my family members and every wedding I attend going forward. Their work is stunning and their customer service is unreal! I used to be a Boos board fan - that's no more!!
I love this company, their work, and their approach to customers. Everything they make is so beautiful, you feel guilty using it! But guilt no more, because they also maintain their boards for the lifetime of the board - for free!! They treat their boards as heirlooms and their customers as family. LOVE THEM!!
Did a ton of research and I am glad I did. The board is absolutely magnificent! Great customer service as well.
Definitely worth the wait. This is a growing company doing it right. They’ve had some hiccups in manufacturing delays because of their growth but since it’s all handmade and sent straight from their facilities you get what is essentially the last cutting board you’ll ever buy. They don’t have an inventory, which is good! The quality and build on my board is second to none and I get to send it back every year for a nice clean up- they call a “Reconditioning “. I’ve had the pleasure of working with these beautiful cutting boards for several years now. As a professional chef and doing a lot of cutting you can’t beat the quality of them. On top of it all the lifetime reconditioning is icing on the cake. If your in the market for a new cutting board don’t wast your time and money on Boos. Matt’s amazing work will out live and outshine them every day.
