Nothing special – A group of us had dinner at Cotton recently. We arrived at 8:30 on Saturday night and were seated promptly with our reservation. The service was fine. The food was decent but nothing wonderful. There really wasn't anything about this restaurant that would cause me to return, unless I was in Manchester and wanted to sit at a cool bar and have a drink and didn't know of anywhere else to go...which I don't since I'm not from Manchester.
