I wouldn't recommended this shop to none of my friends or family I took my truck there to see what was going on with my transmission was a customer of Drive Time. Was told that cottmans would get in touch with drive time for approve repairs was told by cottmans it was approved (lies) truck sit there 8 days the hold time IM cottmans to find out what was going Chris kept telling me he was waiting for then to send part call Drive time myself was told I was never approved end up going back to cottmans to retrieve my truck poor w... read more

My Jeep would not start. I had it towed to Cottman Transmission at 2 PM from another location in Greenville because they could not help me until "early next week". Here for the Total Solar Eclipse, I was 800 miles from home and with my two sons. Cottman Transmission found the problem (a failed chip/sensor in my key) within 2 1/2 hours! I was on my way home by 5PM. Thank you Cottman Transmission!! You saved the day!!
