I went to this shop because a good friend of mine recommended them. I read the reviews online, some good some bad, and that concerned me. I do trust my friend's judgement though so I called the place up. The person who answered the phone asked me some questions about how the car drove, any noises it made, etc. He then asked that I bring the car for a FREE inspection.
