Great customer service, they always keep me inform about any update of my car also if not related to the transmission, great prices, I will give 5 stars all the way and recommended to my family and friends, next time my car need any repair or evaluation i will be back to Cottman , thanks guys.
I was having a reoccurring issue with my SUV and I was referred to Cottman to have my transmission inspected. The inspection. Was free and they were able from my description of the problem diagnose the cause of my transmission issues. Though the repair was costly, the price was fair. I was invited to come back to the shop show they would show me the dismantled transmission and show me directly what caused my problems. I brought my car in for a transmission fix they did a excellent job fixing it but when I got the car back in noticed a leak on the ground it was my water pump so I brought it back to them he put it up on the lift and then told me that they didn't do anything wrong but he tighten the hose to it without my knowledge and then tried to charge me to fix the water pump but I didn't agree and somehow the leak stop when he did my transmission he losen the house and never tighten it back is this good business or bad business
Had a great experience bringing my 2012 Mustang here! They were very quick to help me and check out my car for a minor problem. I came by on a Friday afternoon upon leaving my office early and they were able to get the car on the lift and diagnose the problem fast! I will definitely be coming here for any other maintenance issues that I need. They were friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable!
