We have nothing but good things to say about our first experience with Cottleville Smiles. Every person we encountered was extremely accommodating and pleasant.
The staff are all very friendly. It is the friendliness doctor's office I have been to. I have my whole family going to Cottleville Smiles. Along with four friends. Before I found this office, I didn't like going to the Dentist. I would always be white knocked, sitting in a Dentist Chair. Now more relaxed. There office has grown a lot in two years. I was suffering from pressure around a couple teeth, along with pain shooting into my jaw, temple, and ear. I called and spoke with Heather, who has the best phone presence. She was able to get me in for an appointment the same day. Emma took some x-rays and could see some things going on. She is also very professional and compassionate. Today was my first visit at Cottleville Smiles, but certainly not my last! From the very first phone call, I felt comfortable and not just a number on a chart. Upon arrival today- Heather greeted me and introduced herself. She was warm, welcoming and kind! Then I got to meet Emma, she was amazing.
