I called Dr. Cottingham's office the week of 0803. I talked to the receptionist, I said I wanted to make appointment, was she taking new patients? Was told they would call me back. I called back week of 0810. Explained I called week before and wanted to make appointment, Was told they would call me back. Still no call back. I called again this week, 0817, said I wanted to make appointment and was told she's not taking new patients. Unacceptable... Why make me wait 3 weeks to tell me not taking new patients

Dr Cottingham is not a people's doctor she's very unfriendly. She's never available and she acts on decisions that her RN nurse tell her. I wouldn't recommend her for a dog

Dr. Cottingham is great and (equally important) so is her office. I can't speak for appointments later in the day, but for my morning appointments, I was always called back within 10 minutes and seen within another 10 minutes. I've had bad experiences with previous PCP's, but I felt like I could really trust Dr. Cottingham. If her office accepted my new insurance, I'd still happily be her patient.

I find that Dr Cottingham and staff very professional they have always treated me with respect and kindness .she always makes sure I receive the best care possible and recommends the test I need for my age I feel very secure in her and her staffs hands
