Concierge was rude and dismissive to delivery driver. Very condescending for no reason. Even called the driver names in front of children waiting in the lobby. He* is a reflection of the poor manner this building staff feels it can treat people.
Some great people live and work here. This place is cozy, warm, and where the heart resides. If you don't live here you are truly missing out on the heart of the Midtown area. There are some great home listings, restaurants, and activities all around the area, so grab a real estate agent and come on by, once you're here you wouldn't want to leave
I'm a local contractor and have work in several town homes/condos throughout Atlanta. But not one of then have been ran so smoothly with top shelf service as this one! I give 100% of the credit to the front desk supervisor Lena!!! She is amazing at her job! Great personality but runs things by the book! Made working in the units a breeze and definitely made the building feel very secure and safe!! Will definitely work here again!!
