Very happy with the service we received from owner, Adam Boccalini and installer Raf at Cotti-Johnson. Our gas hot water heater went on Saturday and lucky for us, Adam was working dispatch! Within 2 hours Raf was at our door with the new water heater. Work was done completely to our satisfaction and the cost was within what we expected to pay. We appreciate the professional service we received. Thank you!!

Do not trust this vendor. They are vendors for big-box companies and install ******products sold by *****, ******in Boston area. They make promises to get you to choose them and then they renege even when they have a written agreement. So, they violate the consumer protection law to get you and then they renege on their agreement and breach their contract.

Horrible!!!! The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced do not trust them they’re a total scam. They told me twice my HVAC was under warranty and that I was all set. They now are trying to charge me almost 4,000 dollars for control panels when the whole unit outside to replace is only 3,665.00. I called Mitsubishi directly and they told me YES my panels were covered under warranty. That means Cotti is lying, scamming and double dipping on their own customers! Was contacted via email list explaining they now offer electrical services. I decided to give them a try and they were fantastic. Showed up on time, offered options and even financing. They upgraded my electrical service to 200 amps and installed a generator hookup. I highly recommend them.
Mel, Peter, Dave, Nick, Dylan, Brain, Doug and the electricians that worked on our house in Boston you know thank you isn't enough. Our install was anything but easy and you wouldn't have know by the way it was handled. Great work the mini splits/ cassettes look amazing and work so well!!! :) But most importantly every single person I had the pleasure of talking to was an absolutely awesome human. The install team of Nick, Steve and Dylan were very professional on the day installation. I was very appreciative of all their efforts to work with the placement of our mini-split units, walk us through the operation and clean up post install. A sincere thank you for all your help!
