I couldn’t be more disappointed with the lack of service by Cottam. I hired them for a routine boiler maintenance and they did not verify the heat was working before they just left. When I called to ask them to fix the heat they were extremely rude. They sent someone back out the next day but charged me extra for it and they still didn’t fix the heat. Cottam installed our central AC in 2013. We always asked for Jose, until this year.But since he has left the company we now request OMAR. He is knowledgeable and courteous and prompt. We are pleased with his service and have no complaints.
