The staff have been great. So appreciative of their kindness and willingness to adapt to my family members needs. They have made the transition as smooth as possible and we're really grateful.
The staff has been caring, understanding, helpful and ready to assist in any way I needed. I was always informed of any matters involving my spouse. They have gone beyond to be friendly and welcoming. I will recommend Cottagewood to others looking for a memory care facility.
About 8 months ago we moved our mother to Cottagewood from a facility in Minnetonka. We could not be happier with the care given to our mom. Where we knew she was not cared for properly at her previous facility, Cottgewood not only sets the bar on care, but exceeds the bar. She has settled in amazingly well. Here they take very good care of my husband, who has Alzheimer's disease. In a different memory care center, they complain he has behavioral issues, but here he is all calm and sweet, no problem. what a difference. what a relieve.
Almost two years ago we realized that our mother could no longer stay at home. We considered a number of options and checked with a few memory care facilities is the area. Unfortunately we did not find what we wanted for mom. Then our pastor recommended we check with Cottagewood. I am glad we did. It is just what we were hoping to find for mom.
