We went through the application process. They told us we would have to keep our income below 47000 for the first year and pay 925 rent. This is a joke.
This place is a set up they make sure you can barely afford tthe place. I make 20 an hour and work 40 hours a week and according to them I make to much to be able to rent a unit they wanted 1100 a month for. I spent over 2 months working with these people trying to get all the info they needed and when I finally thought I was all good and was about to move in they come to me with you make to much! They act friendly and will talk nice but believe me they only want to set you up or take your application fee
AMAZING STAFF !!!......AMAZING SERVICE !!! I'VE LIVED HERE AT THE COTTAGES OF SHIPPENSBURG FOR 5 YEARS. I AM SOOO IMPRESSED WITH THE FACT THAT WHEN I CALL THE OFFICE ON A SATURDAY, OR ANY OTHER DAY, WITH ANY MAINTENENCE ISSUE, (KITCHEN LIGHT BURNED OUT & A NEW BATHTUB STOPPER)....THEY ARE HERE ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY TO TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING..... I LUV, LUV, LUV IT HERE !!! 😍 THANK YOU TO ERIN, DESIREE, ANTHONY & CURTIS FOR MAKING THE COTTAGES OF SHIPPENSBURG A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE !!🙂
