The apartments are not clean and there is a roach problem.
I’ve had a really great experience living here. The community is always clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. The management team is super friendly, helpful, and easy to get in touch with. Anytime I’ve needed maintenance, they’ve responded quickly and taken care of things right away. Overall, it’s been such a smooth and positive place to live!
Good place and cheap
Would not recommend this place to anyone! First, they don’t Fix anything!! My som has lived there for 3 years and the fireplace has been broken the entire time. The kitchen has broken drawers from before he moved in and still broken. The exterior areas are awful any they don’t pick up the trash! You have 4 people living in each cottage/ each paying over $900! That’s crazy expensive for what they ‘get’.
