I have lived here for three years, and I love it so far! The location is very convenient because it’s so close to my school. Whenever we need maintenance, the team is always available and takes care of things quickly. The new manager, Lupita, is amazing. She is very kind, helpful, and always willing to assist whenever we need anything. I’m happy to have her here!

As a first family home, the cottages at UCO are perfect for us. The area is diverse and people traveling through are respectful, we have only had a couple of incidents where people drive a little too fast when our girls are out playing, the majority of neighbors are friendly and get on with their days, the area is right near a campus and the students renting are kind and respectful, not heard any parties or silliness. Horrible. Do not move in. Isn’t responsible to any messages about anything. Our AC was broken for 3 weeks and no one would come out to fix it. They came out three separate times and didn’t fix anything. The leasing office screwed me over in multiple ways. Everything is very old and gross, not good quality at all. Don’t give them your money, it’s not worth it at all.
I just wanted to leave an additional review for Cottages at UCO. We have a new leasing manager Lapida, and she goes above and beyond to make sure our needs are met. She makes sure everything is fixed correctly, follows up promptly, and is always responsive. I truly appreciate her dedication and the great job she is doing. Thank you for all that you do!
