I called them numerous times, but I never received a response. I also sent an email, but it went unanswered.
It was an amazing experience!!! I love my new home!!! The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly!!! If you’re looking for a wonderful home please consider the UCO cottages!!!
My family and I moved over here in December 2023, and I can say that Tika is a great property manager. I met the owner she is super sweet. Cottages UCO* is affordable and I hope they do not try to increase the rent when it’s time to write a new lease like other properties have done leaving families hopeless in finding an apartment home. The property is pretty quiet, and the neighbors are kind and don’t bother you. Please do not get discouraged due to the maintenance worker is doing it by himself and he gets it done properly.... read more
I had a great experience. Any work orders I had were completed in a timely manner. Both the manager and maintenance are very professional.
