Horrible. Do not move in. Isn’t responsible to any messages about anything. Our AC was broken for 3 weeks and no one would come out to fix it. They came out three separate times and didn’t fix anything. The leasing office screwed me over in multiple ways. Everything is very old and gross, not good quality at all. Don’t give them your money, it’s not worth it at all.
I just wanted to leave an additional review for Cottages at UCO. We have a new leasing manager Lapida, and she goes above and beyond to make sure our needs are met. She makes sure everything is fixed correctly, follows up promptly, and is always responsive. I truly appreciate her dedication and the great job she is doing. Thank you for all that you do! I called them numerous times, but I never received a response. I also sent an email, but it went unanswered.
It was an amazing experience!!! I love my new home!!! The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly!!! If you’re looking for a wonderful home please consider the UCO cottages!!!
My family and I moved over here in December 2023, and I can say that Tika is a great property manager. I met the owner she is super sweet. Cottages UCO* is affordable and I hope they do not try to increase the rent when it’s time to write a new lease like other properties have done leaving families hopeless in finding an apartment home. The property is pretty quiet, and the neighbors are kind and don’t bother you.
