The Cottages are absolutely amazing, nothing but kind and professional employees! Plus an amazing pool :)
The Cottages is a great places for college kids to live off campus. They are only a few minutes from the University of Arizona and they can easily ride a shuttle to class if needed. The units are clean and comfortable for multiple residents and the rent is reasonable. The property is also gated for added security. Residents also enjoy a pool and clubhouse year round. My son lived there for a few years and I often recommend The Cottages to other parents and college students.
When I helped move my grandson in they were very helpful! It's very clean and the floor plans are nice.
