Let's be honest here. There are NO clubhouse access available to tenants since Covid it's been 4 yrs almost even after fixing a plumbing problem and they did a redecoration almost 2 yrs ago. There is NO activities for elderly, you CANNOT fish on property nor wifi access,workout room, craft room etc. No handrails or safe guards in apts or 55&older less you pay for and have installed. This is the place that refuses to do anything to the tenant who harasses the geese and chase them around and destroys there eggs. Horrible people. Move elsewhere. #protectthegeese
I left a good review for the office management and Stacy has for 5 months tried to help me. In one month my water bill was 240.00 and normal is 40.00 but due to a toilet issue and maintenance was so busy it took 2 days for them to fix it. The owners don’t seem to care when they have a good renters. I have been waiting for 5 months to hear! Finally we have some awesome people here!!
