I left a good review for the office management and Stacy has for 5 months tried to help me. In one month my water bill was 240.00 and normal is 40.00 but due to a toilet issue and maintenance was so busy it took 2 days for them to fix it. The owners don’t seem to care when they have a good renters. I have been waiting for 5 months to hear! Finally we have some awesome people here!! I have lived here 6 years and this is the absolute best it’s ever been! Thanks for everything you are and have been doing!!
Tia and Andres are literally the best! Tia is so sweet, helpful, and friendly and Andres is quick to respond to maintenance issues and is very knowledgeable in his field. The Cottages at Sheek Road is such a pretty property and very well maintained. The apartments are all downstairs and very accessible. Highly recommend!
