Aspen Heights, now called (Cottages at Leon Creek). I lived here for about 2 years, the place is nice, if you don't run into issues. Also, why do they have a phone if they don't even answer it?? I travel between San Antonio and Houston especially the past year due to COVID, and when I am in Houston I cannot reach them to save my life. It seems like the only way to reach them is going to their office and talking to them which is inconvenient. This place has whole heartedly traumatized me. In all my years of apartment renting I have never had so many terrible experiences. From the day I moved in there was issues. They did not have my unit cleaned prior to my move in, there was dog hair in the carpets, Stains, a dirty bathroom. Their communication is bottom of the barrel and their management couldn’t care less about the residents.
