I would not recommend The Cottages based on my experience. I have lived here for only two months, and during that time I have submitted nine work orders because the AC has repeatedly failed. i am a current resident and i would give 0/5 stars if i could. the ladies in the office do not care about you. my unit has had gnats and cockroaches since i moved in and i have made many maintenance orders but still have them. my neighbors leave their trash outside which makes it smell. the front gate has never worked, which we were told would get fixed but hasn’t. avoid this apartment complex at all costs.

Don’t leave here. Maintenance request takes forever. Neighbors leave trash pilled up for days making it smell. Roaches in the kitchen. Mold.
