Seamless process coming into the unit. Staff is kind and well trained.
Maintenance came in to inspect and repair a sizable crack (about 2' long) in my bedroom wall, likely from the foundation/building settling. I'm not sure what they did to repair the crack but after 48 hours it looks as though the wall is still wet with whatever was used to repair. Most of this work was completed above the threshold from the bedroom to the bathroom. Paint was dripped on the bathroom floor and not cleaned up.
