This is my first apartment, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every maintenance request I’ve submitted has been handled quickly and professionally. Isaiah is always friendly, accommodating, and truly cares about the residents. The community feels safe and well-maintained, and the entire process—from move-in to day-to-day living—has been smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, especially first-time renters looking for a comfortable and welcoming home!
Isaiah made my move in and move out experience so easy. I needed more space due to having my first kid and when I say he worked around my schedule. He came every time I needed him or maintenance. The area is so quiet once they finish building the stuff across the street. Neighbors are friendly. I don’t have any complaints.
The area is peaceful. The community is respectful. The property manager is chill and incredibly helpful. They take care of their own. It's a beautiful apartment complex with amazing people. Happy to be here
Great place to live, friendly and respectful neighbors, great kitchen appliances, A/C is amazing, and a great front office that makes sure you’re always good, location sits behind a dollar general and Circle K walking distance. Highly recommend!
I’m a first time renter and I have had a wonderful experience these past 2 going on three months. The community is very quiet and out of the way. Another thing i would love to brag on is the Customer service… Mr Isaiah has been great big help with my moving process. I had a couple of difficulties and problems with somebody that was living there with me, long story short my apt was trashed by that person, and Isaiah did his best at helping me get everything fixed and back to normal.
