As a single mother who needed to find a bigger home while also working, I am very pleased with the support I received through this leasing process. The property checked all my boxes and the communication was very consistent. There was no delay in the tour set up, application review, and lease signing which was a major relief.

I stayed here over the course of a year and I have nothing bad to say about this apartment complex at all. The way the managers go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need makes you feel like you’re well cared for. Isaiah is amazing and he is willing to hear you out on certain concerns you may have and will answer any question you ask. I would recommend staying at this complex to any one of my family members

I have been living in club villa apartments for over a year now. And I can't say anything bad about the apartment complex is a very clean, very kept up unit and the landlord always does his best to fix the residents problems that they may have. I would recommend them to anyone looking to live in the Kathleen Georgia.

Me and my family decided to step out on faith and move to a new city. Someone told us about these apartments in Kathleen Ga and they are real nice. I google them and got a number, called them and spoke with the manager. He let us come right over and did a walk through. I did the application on a Friday and was inform on Saturday, that we were approved. The process was way quicker than we thought it would be. But me and my family love the place and it was a great decision.
